Who are the Bulls going to sign? And even at what position?

I believe they can sign someone for a percentage of the minimum based on the remaining season but I'm not sure how far under the cap and luxury tax they will be once Bynum is cut allowing for maybe more to spend.

At this point Ryan Gomes was part of a trade and will be released. Stephan Jackson looks like he will be released. There will probably be more players let go as the deadline approaches and more salary dumps occur. Who could be available?
