Tons of cover bands and artists on YouTube. One of the most famous is a guy named Privettricker who has been posting since 2009. His covers are note for note copies of the original studio recording. The guy doesn't read music or use tabs. He just picks up hundreds of songs from the radio and plays them with virtually no practice. Here' one you know:
