On-ice Team Photo w/ Cup

Does anyone have a good source for a high quality 20x30 photo of the team on ice w/ the Cup? The NHL photo store only has 1 such photo, which I was considering, but it is cropped on the sides, Q's face (and stache!) are blocked, and where is Buff?

Thats a complete shitty picture.



Buff is cropped out as he and Q were running late and had to be line to the picture. Q did not make it.



That one also has Scotty and Huet cropped out from different sides.



Are they selling that? If they are it's bullshit.

Q is in that one top right and corner you can just see his head. That much have been one of the last ones they took.

Buff is in back standing to our rigth amongst the other team employees. No idea why he stood there for the photo instead of getting in the middle of it with the otehr players.

If you click on the 20x30 option you get a couple more inches, but it's still by far the worst photo possible. I don't understand why you would want a picture so zoomed in to begin with? I'd want the fans in the back and as much of the experience as possible.

I told you why above. They took the picture without him and Q because they were off doing interviews. Did you leave before this was all going on?

No, we were coming downstairs from the upper bowl while they were doing the photo. Missed that part. Stayed down by the penalty box for about an hour before the ushers kicked us out.

That's what she said.... and I'm holding on to the little extra cash that I have to see what kind of fun memorabilia/collector items come out, especially at the convention. There should be some nice stuff out there, besides POS pictures from NHL.com.

I would almost rather have a team celebration pic on the ice rather then the posed picture.

Any idea of anything like that out there?

With all of them in it? When? Other than the posed picture of the below they were NOT all in one place after the game where you could get a picture. Not sure I get what you mean.

I would be interested in a high quality picture of all the players or at least who ever was down there by the net with Niemi after Kaner nearly took him out. It doesn't have to be every player but an idea of the celebration going on the ice before it got mobbed with reporters and cameramen.

Not sure if you have seen it yet, but Borders has a Sports Illustrated commemorative magazine for the Hawks out now. I think on the back of the front cover or the first few pages there is a gatorade add with what you are describing above, it is a GREAT picture. I want to find that picture in a larger size. If I had a copy of the mag I would scan the pic but I did not buy it, I will be buying Hawkeytown though (Book by the tribune, that is out now, but the web says 4-8 week backorder)
