My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Penn State Nittany Lions
1)We should have 3 different starters on the Oline (Daniels, Peter's, Ifedi). Not saying we are world beaters, but they should play better.

2) AR, Mooney, Kmet, DM and Goodwin did not play.

3) Fields would have put up a lot more points with the 1s.

4) Roquan Smith and Eddie Goldman were sorely missed.

5) Poor tackling is known to be a common place with even the best teams during preseason. It is an issue that can be cleaned up.

JJ and some other defensive starters were pulled after the first Bills drive.

In a real game with all the starters it would be different....

However, the Bears are not as good as the Bills. full stop.

The Bears looked unprepared and couldn't tackle anyone. Nagy's play calling looked lost and had zero rhythm from play to play. All of the plays that succeeded looked like they require superhuman effort to succeed by an individual player.

This offense is just as broken as it has been. The only reason Fields looks halfway decent is because he is just that good.

The Bears are not going to win with Nagy calling plays. It will take a superhuman effort by Fields to be ridiculously accurate and athletic.

Bazrring that, Nagy should step aside and be a head coach and let Lazor or someone else who can think outside their own box and call the correct plays that work for their players' strengths.

Your 100% correct on all of your points. The best thing that can come from this year is development of Fields and the rest of our young players. Unfortunately Nagy stands in the way of this, and needs to go.

Our coverage unit on special teams is pathetic.

Nothing positive came from this game. The only bright spot was the kicker that we have to cut. Everything else was negative.

I don't understand why Goodwin hasn't played in pre-season. I get Allen Robinson, but why is Goodwin not out there? He's not hurt, and it's not like he's been in this system before. Doesn't make sense.

One thing that stood out between Dalton and Fields…arm strength. Fields got the ball out quick to his check downs, allowing those guys to make a move before the defender got into position. Dalton’s floaters left no room for his guys to makes plays and get any YAC…

The biggest take away to me is the slop. The team is not well coached at this stage.

I'm not concerned with drops from 3rd, 4th, and 5th stringers. I think you clearly have 4 WRs who can catch: Arob, Mooney, Godwin, and Adams.

But what's scary is just how unprepared the team looked.

That’s been the theme of Matt Nagy teams.

Yep. Preseason is meaningless vis a vis scheme, playcalling, marginal roster player impact. But rarely do good teams lack in the fundamentals - such as tackling and one on one match ups. Still preseason but some concerns.
