I thought there was some new news here. There isn't.
Taylor Moton to my knowledge has not been officially franchise tagged, though it certainly seems that he will be before the deadline. Once that happens I dont think there's any argument that Orlando Brown Jr. represents the biggest roster impact available to the Bears (assuming Russell Wilson isn't actually going to be traded). This player has to be at the top of the Bears list.
