For me, id rather face the Hawks. When the Magics 3s are falling, theyre very tough to beat. Plus i want Rose nowhere near Howards elbows.

I for one, don't really care who we face. I think Atlanta will win game 6 anyways. Except for last night, the Magic's three's havent been falling all series, and likely besides a game or two, won't. Just like us last night, you get a game like that every once in awhile. I can remember us against the Pistons in 2007, Game 5 where we shot like 70% from the field, and nailed all kinds of three's. The next game we couldn't buy a three.

Atlanta is no push over from three either though. Crawford and Hinrich can nail them. Joe Johnson can as well. The key will just be perimeter defense for either team.

The Magic have Dwight Howard, and that scares me silly.

Atlanta. Like Scoot said whoever we play we definitely need perimeter defense. But I think just like when Cleveland played Orlando a couple years back if Orlandos shooters get on a streak we could get burned. It hasnt really been that way so far for Orlando but just because they areant hot now doesnt mean they cant be in the second round if they do end up beating ATL.

Atlanta..their isolation-based offense plays perfectly into our defense.

I'd much rather see Atlanta in the next round. The Magic's 3pt shooting has had me on edge ever since they made their big trade.

Both teams are tough but I think the Bulls have played better against the Hawks so I'll take the Hawks.

So matchup wise

Orlando:
Howard vs Noah
Bass vs Boozer
Turkoglu vs Deng
Richardson vs Bogans
Nelson vs Rose

Atlanta:
Horford vs Noah
Smith vs Boozer
Johnson vs Deng
Crawford vs Bogans
Hinrich vs Rose

Yeah starting lineup wise, matchup is definitely in favor of Atlanta being better for us.

I don't want to underestimate either team, obviously Atlanta is a better matchup on paper but who knows how things will pan out. I guess I'm going with Atlanta because they don't have a guy named Dwight Howard on their team.

atlanta...come on....only reason orlando has had trouble is because their surrounding players have underperformed and not shot well from 3...but d howard only scored 8 points last night and orlando won by 30+

yaaa

Howard also scored 46, 33, 21 and 29 in the previous four games. Sure Orlando has still lost three games but he's still a huge threat.

The only thing that scares me about Orlando is Dwight Howard...the Bulls defend long range shooters very well, but the "dirtiest player in the NBA" (per Kendal Gill) can seriously hurt Rose, and thus limit our chances at winning a title. I would have to say Atlanta is the better matchup for the Bulls defensively (though I could see Horford being the x-factor in the series). The only other thing that I won't like about the Bulls playing the Hawks is the possibility of having to root against Hinrich.

I want the best teams available to play. I don't want any excuses if we win or lose. I want them to play the best, at their best, so if and when they beat them, no one will have anything to say.
