My favorite teams
We've heard this before, but hopefully for real this time. Approximately 20,000 seats in a $300M deal ($150M for stadium, financed by team) next to the Nationals Ballpark.

If this gets done, last two things we NEED to do with existing teams is to get New England a new stadium in Boston and to find Chivas USA a stadium... somewhere in the Western Hemisphere.
