OT: Good spyware/virus programs

What do you guys use? I use adware from firefox. Is it good? my computer is a little slow, i would like to check it to see my adware is checking it properly.

It's ok, but there are much better.

Running slow may not be spyware though. Clean out your temp files, especially your temp internet files. Also run a defrag on your computer.

Wow...why didn't someone tell me about this sooner? 50MB attachments? That's insane it itself.
