MJ: Greatest SG of all-time and hard to say he's not the best player ever.
Pippen: Probably the greatest perimeter defender of all-time and the most versatile defender. Great all-around offensive talent as well.
Shaq: The most dominant low-post scorer of all-time.
Kobe: Second greatest SG of all-time.
Malone: Probably the greatest PF of all-time because of his sheer scoring ability.
LeBron: Best player all-around/overall today and maybe the most athletic of all-time.
Garnett: Maybe the greatest combination of skill and size at the PF we will ever see.
Howard: One of the greatest defensive players ever and rebounders ever but has some untapped offensive ability.
Rondo: Poor man's Jason Kidd in his prime.
Rose: Most athletic PG of all-time.
Carmelo: Arguably the best scorer today but bad team defender; takes too many low percentage shots and hijacks his teams' offense too often.
Artest: A rich man's Luol Deng in his prime. He has really fallen off since the mid-2000's.
Kukoc: Special K; Mr. Croatia; Clutch shooter and versatile all-around player.
Rubio: seems like he could be something like a Steve Nash/"Pistol" Pete Maravich hybrid.
Amare Stoudemire: poor man's Shawn Kemp.
Penny Hardaway: sick at creating for himself and teammates with great athleticism and court-vision.
Wade: poor man's Jordan on the court who's a little too high maintenance off of it.
Harden: has that rare ability to make bad shots like like good shots. Solid overall player with great offensive skills.
J.R. Smith: great talent but hijacks the offense too often by dribbling into bad shots with some problems off the court as well.
Tony Parker: probably the most underrated PG today. Unbelievable ability to cut through defenses and use of the glass over taller defenders.
Scalabrine: good guy with a good attitude but terrible ball player by NBA standards. I'm sure nobody hates those "Scalabrine"/"MVP" chants more than he does.
Noah: has a motor that doesn't stop rev-ing. Great all-around defensive player and great rebounder. Limited offensive skills but could improve them due to his athleticism. Gets under opponents' skin and a great teammate.
Korver: One of the best shooters ever and one-dimensional offensive player. Terrible defensive player but hustles and gives effort.
Lin: great handling ability and extremely quick first step. Needs to work on long-range shooting and cut down on turnovers.
Ray Allen: Maybe the greatest three-point shooter of all-time and also had great all-around offensive ability in his prime.
Westbrook: great combo guard who needs to pass to Durant more than he did in that Memphis series last year.
Iverson: perhaps the greatest scorer, for his size, of all-time.
Duncan: kind of a poor-man's Olajuwon but still arguably the best PF ever (not sold).
Nate Robinson: if this guy was a foot taller, he would be a first-ballot hall-of-famer. Not exactly the highest basketball I.Q. but one of the most talented and athletic players you'll ever find.
CP3: best player in the NBA at keeping his dribble alive and deceptive athleticism. High basketball I.Q. and skilled passer to go along with it. Also a great shooter. A little overrated as a defender by some people.
Monta Ellis: Extremely overrated player. Gambles too often on defense but amazing scoring ability.
OJ Mayo: Not a very good defender but a good shooter. Tries to hard to be a PG and needs to stop trying to do everything on offense.
Griffin: Raw talent offensively. Shies away from contact on pick-and-rolls which annoys me. But one of the best rebounders in the NBA with some shooting ability and even some ball-handling ability. He's not a good defender but he can flat out destroy people with his athleticism.
Barkley: Was a mediocre defensive player with unbelievable ball-handling/play-making ability and athleticism for a man of his wide frame and heavy-set physique. Sheer power and explosiveness to go along with a skilled post-up game and some shooting range to go along with it. And the rebounding ability really puts him in the conversation with any PF in the 'who's better' debate.
Jennings: poor man's Iverson.
Bosh: giraffe-necked turkey raptor. Not the best shot-blocker but knows where he is supposed to be defensively. Pretty mediocre of a rebounder but nice face-up scoring ability.
Durant: Pretty easily the best scorer in the NBA today. Above average rebounder and is improving his defense and passing ability.

Thing about the Rubio-to-Maravich comparisons... Rubio doesn't seem to be anywhere near the scorer that Pistol Pete was. I've made the comparison myself so I'm not calling anybody out.

Westbrook is the best athlete I have ever seen play pg in terms of speed and quickness. Really a freak athlete.

People who say Westbrook should pass more are idiots. You do realize the team is built for both him and Westbrook to score 25 and 30. You do realize Durant get way more shots than Westbrook?? It isnt like Westbrook is taking 40 shots and Durant is only taking 10.

I love how OKC built that team he and Durant have 3 role players in the starting lineup that do their role very well. Then they have Harden who is basically Manu and runs the 2nd unit and their 2nd unit is better than some teams 1st unit.

Really Sam Presti built a great team and built it very well. Only issue I have with the team is they have no low post offensive player which a team could really use in the playoffs.
