Isn't that revenue split equally around the league? So, it really doesn't matter how often a team changes logos.

The uniforms incorporate some of the team's history from not only their days in the MLB, but also from their time as a Minor League ball club when they were in the Pacific Coast League prior to them becoming an official MLB team in 1969.
