Not a very good article. It's titled the most loyal fans then he basically applauds the A's fans for not being loyal. He makes some good points but it seems like it's going in different directions.

It was as if he knew nothing about MLB. He said that the Sox fans weren't loyal because they didn't sell out, but if you look at average fans per year it stays about the same. That means our small fanbase is loyal for years.

He based it off of who filled the stadium and he was obviously a Cards fan because I've been to a lot of Cardinals games and they don't fill the seats.

The A's are near the bottom IMO. I'd put them in the bottom 5 and place the Sox/Mets both around 12 or 13. The Angels belong in the bottom 15 as well. They only sell tickets because they're "something to do" in Cali.

And the Cubs are by far the most loyal fans. I'm not a Cubs fan and I'll admit that.

I live in St. Louis. I know how terrible they are. They're annoying beyond belief. My girlfriend is a Cardinals fan. It's the life I live and I hate them.

Well I'm not a Cubs fan and she was a Cards fan long before I knew her. We met in eighth grade. First time we met she was wearing a Blues shirt. I figured out a way to change that, but she's not budging from being a Cards fan. She's not an annoying Cards fan though. No holier than thou attitude.

Yeah. And they think they're the greatest fans in the world. It's really annoying. And they always say that the Sox suck or the Cubs suck. And then I say that at least I still cheer faithfully for my team when they suck. That shuts them up.
