Hawk was correct in his criticizing.. Just tone down the What the Hell part.. Don't need that in a professional broadcast.

I love how they crossed out noted homer.

What do they want? He's the Sox HOME announcer, not some national shill that gets paid to give platitudes to both teams, like the Cubs announcers.

Exactly. He's hired to be a homer.

He'll never be anything other than the Sox announcer and he's good at what he does. Sox fans love him because he's such a homer. They don't want a debbie downer in the booth.

He's always exciting.
