Me 2. I went to many taping when he was here in New York. So funny during the commercial break, very interactive with the crowd.

Surprised nobody's made a joke by congratulating you on your new late night gig yet;)

But yeah, Conan is awesome. I personally enjoy him more than Leno or Letterman.

For all these talk shows, I rarely watch the Guest interviews. I prefer the monologue/first skits at the desk. Conan's stuff last night was awesome.

Hey Doug why dont you email Conan and send him a picture of yourself? Maybe he would show it on the show one day.

I'm a big fan of Conan. I remember being hooked after watching his first show as host of Late Night. I watched pretty religiously for most of his tenure there, but stopped watching in the last few years due to the Daily Show, and just generally being busy around the time it airs. Still loved it though, and it's great to see Conan, Andy, and Max all back together now. I'm gonna try and watch the show more often.

I'll never forget Andy's last episode with Conan several, several years ago. They had this "Final Staring Contest" that was so unbelievably hilarious. I have never laughed harder in my entire life - i think i was literally on the floor laughing myself to tears.

By the way - what is so great about Jimmy Fallon? Is he on tv just because of his name? If his name was Jeff Smith do you really think his talent would be so great people would say "I don't care what his name is - he's great." But with a name like Jimmy Fallon you can pretty much do whatever you want.

Seriously - just like the show Friends. Jimmy Fallon has NEVER made me laugh. What's the big deal about this guy?

fallon is a tool. him and carson daly are a couple no-talent assclowns. although, carson not so much as fallon.

i cant believe the roots agreed to be the house band. is that a permanent thing? has their reputation REALLY sunk that low?

Conan's bit last night where he goes shopping on Rodeo Road in Crenshaw was hilarious. I had tears in my eyes.

Yes. The shirt with the gold chain printed on

The laughing mannequin. hat was great.

I've been watching Conan since about 1995. Always been my favorite talk show host.

I like Jimmy Fallon too. From what I've read, a few guys can't stand him. But I liked him in his SNL days and the few shows I've caught have been pretty good.

I thought Fallon would flat out suck, and he's at least passable. His show is worth watching for The Roots and the awesome music acts he's been bringing in. He at least seems to be keeping up with Conan's tradition of bringing in some pretty indie up and coming bands along with some very cool more established talent. I think he'll find his legs with the rest of the show in time.
