Giroux at 3? Wow.
Surprised how high Karlsson is after not even playing a full season.
I've heard nothing but bad things about Doughty this year, so didn't expect to see him on the list.
Crazy that Rask is a backup goalie and #37 on the list.
Four Hawks on the list? Not too shabby.
Teemu being on the list at age 2390487230948372 is impressive.

Eberle at 48 is interesting. The league is starting to take notice of the amazing skill that he has.

I think Rask at 37 is interesting...but he could honestly be that good. I do think the Bruins look hard into trading Thomas this offseason because of Rask.

I think Kessel at 16 is too high...probably due to his hot start this year.

Toews ahead of Malkin surprised me, too. But Toews was named the best forward in the Olympics back in 2010. Probably raised a few eyebrows around NHL locker rooms. I imagine that's a big reason why he's up there.

I don't think Lucic is one of the top 50 players in the NHL.

I kind of like that Rask is so high. He's a great goalie. The only problem is that Tim Thomas is there and Thomas was fantastic in the playoffs.

This is also one of the first few lists that I've seen with Datsyuk that high. I like it.
