That's in the minors, though and Sux coaching in the system and major league club has been abysmal in terms of developing position players for at least a decade. Therefore, I have no confidence in the team fixing Olt's issues.Well Olt does walk a lot. Ideally he's an adam dunn type. Granted his play in the majors thus far hasn't been "ideal."

True of both teams sans the last year for the Cubs
The Cubs have been developing players well now for longer than a year. This is just the 1st year we are seeing that impact the major league team in a significant manner
