There is a truck stop that is in between me and several places that I travel to in the city. They are definitely a thing. All jazzed up and drugged outta their minds wandering around in traffic occasionally. It is sad actually.

There definitely are. I think it's a pretty big spot actually.

There is a drug/mental health epidemic that ties directly to the homeless/prostitution issue as well.
