LOL...I gave up sugar during the Atkins and just do not enjoy anything but diet soda's now. Hated them to begin with. Went through severe sugar withdrawals.

Pretty sure you can get decent quality raw beef in any state.

What is different it isn't the same beef or seasonings.
Chicago style meats, sauces, cheese and seasonings are not the same in other regions. It's a very distinct flavor; most wouldn't notice it. The ingredient that influences the flavor the most that will probably surprise you is water.
New York Pizzeria that my buddy owns ships in his own water occassionally from Brooklyn and the NY transplants go nuts over it. Same with Chicago style food. Hell, I have to buy my sport peppers & gardianere from the internet.
