I do CrossFit and it's pushed there, but not a strong as it as some locations. I've followed some of the principals in it, but mostly dismissed a lot of it as nonsense. The one area that works well is the same principal as in most diets: get rid of processed foods. It is also better than the standard western diet, but most people take it as license to eat as much meat as they want.</p>


Thanks for sharing. I definitely will be sharing this to my hardcore paleo friends.</p>

I am thinking about publishing the Black Plague Diet book. I think the results will trump all others!
