The Kentucky guys scare me, aside from Wall,...especially Orton and Cousins. I think Cousins vertical is 7 inches.

Patterson will find his niche somewhere. He's a little short for an NBA PF, but he's physical. On top of that, he's quick for his size and has a 3-point shot. He will get open on a lot of shot-fakes. The problem will be when he's asked to defend a PF that's 3 inches taller than he is.
That being said, he's a worker who was wrongly over-shadowed by freshmen @ UK last season. He will have a better pro career than Cousins, imo, who will foul out of summer-league games. Guy throws more elbows that he's not called for than anyone I've ever seen. Orton will have his role, too, he'll be a Robin Lopez-Type Center.
