Patroits tried to trade Gronk to Lions

Gronk threatened to retire over going to Detroit.

I think he pretty much refused to get traded everywhere, stating, "Tom Brady is my QB". That being said, the Pats were really only entertaining one or two options, and Detroit was the clear front runner. It would have been interesting to see Gronk on the Lions O, but I can't say I blame the guy.
