Im not sure what can be taught since it is injuries this guy but he may have to teach him delivery etc to work with the specific injuries. this guy is a huge project. I cant see him really contributing but maybe we get lucky

change of leagues maybe. Fully healthy? Some players just click when they get to a certain team or have surprise years. Look at Nick Swisher when he came here. Its a strange game and there is a lot more that goes into performance that we don't see as fans. Personal life at a current time, not wanting to be on a team, manager you hate, etc etc
