I would have to believe Peavy. Ozzie is a headcase and a first-class asshole. I hope Peavy can give the Sox some quality starts this year.

I'm glad Peavy came out to say this, a lot of people I know don't think Ozzie is a jerk and I wish they would realize it so maybe hearing it from a big name player will help

He's just as big of an assbag as Ozzie is; the pot calling the kettle black. But, that has nothing to do with how I feel about him as a pitcher. I hope he can finish the season without his arm falling off and get the Sox some wins. He's 31, which is typically when pitchers peak. His stuff is still pretty good. So, I'm hoping can bring it in 2012.

I gotcha. I agree as well. If Peavy could pitch as well as he criticized, he'd be an All-Star. Hope he gets on track this year.

I guess Peavy kind of took a shot at Ozzie..but I didn't really feel he was ripping him. I read it more as Ozzie was kind of being forced out anyways. Peavy is a meathead so if on one side he knows Ozzie was being forced out by Kenny down teh stretch then how can Peavy really say Ozzie "quit" on the team when the management basically cut Ozzie's balls off on player decisions. Ozzie is a dick or whatever but not sure I understand Peavy's point here.
