Was Justin Herbert's qb coach with the Chargers for 2020. Was the Bears qb coach under Lovie from '07-'09.

Has been Asst. HC twice and was HC/GM of the D.C. Defenders of the XFL, leading them to a 3-2 mark before the league folded.

He’s a good coach. Would prefer a safer route with more upside. Although he’d be better than Nagy

I like Pep Hamilton. He's got good background...... worked with Andrew Luck.

Hamilton and Byron Leftwich deserve a HC shot.

I remember the miracles he worked with our QBs while he was our QB coach. That level of success deserves the highest level here at the Bears organization! We should make him President! ???????

20 minutes after the Bears hire him, if they do, this board will start with the Sean Peyton comparisons

We have an excellent coach now....John Defilipo.
Just keep in mind that due to COVID he did not have a preseason to work with his quarterbacks and what little time he did have he had to split between 2 QB's. And with that small amount of time there was definitely some improvement shown by Mitch.
Due to lack of available decent veteran QB's and poor draft position Mitch + extended time with Defilipo might be the best bet for this coming season.
