Phone system help

I'm considering adding a VoIP or some sort of dial system over the internet.

Thing is I know nothing.

I am hoping to get a dialer installed so I can have the system Auto dial the next number as soon as the previous call is disconnected. I wouldn't mind having to manually put the numbers in, but would want to do all of this over my desktop PC.


Anybody have any experience with this?

Yes, my current work includes a lot of pre determined phone calls that I'm looking to streamline.

Have been using my cell to accomplish and it's a ***** that way.
