Anyone here into photography? I recently purchased a Cannon EOS Rebel 1000D XS camera for about $500.00. I was just seeing if anyone else in here was into photography. I am mainly going to be taking landscape shots and nature shots and maybe I'll post some in here.

I love photography! I have like 90 albums on Facebook of games I have been to. I just use a basic digital camera but I get some good shots.

I love photography too. Just purchased a Canon T2i which is a much nicer upgrade from my HV-20 with a 35mm adapter. Love this T2i

I use my Blackberry for pics and I love every second of it.

I was never really into photography until i moved here to PIT. My best friends husband is a pro photographer and after getting to see some of his work of people i know and things ive seen, it kind of made me appreciate a good picture more.

Those are some great pictures. That's one of the things I love about photography, you take something that normally is overlooked, and you make it the focus and give people a whole new perspective. When did you move to Pit? I thought you were in Miami? And what the hell happened to Niemi??

I had a few nice cameras, including a leica r8 which was my favorite by far, even compared to today's digital cameras.

I'm an okay photographer at best, and I have no problem admitting that. When I really got into photography, I learned that everybody thinks they are soo freaking great at taking a picture. But really, most professionals are pretty shitty at it. So as long as you aren't trying to be some poser, photography is cool and a very addictive hobby! good luck bd28

Yea i'm looking at this as a hobby not really a professional type thing. I go to Gatliburg in Tennessee a lot and walk trails through the smokies and there are a ton of great shots there. Looking forward to actually getting out there and getting it done.
