WHATS GOOD everyone?! Its Jordan with a thread for the first time in a long time, and its been rather busy for me lately so I now ask a favor from some.

In mid July i'am visiting Chicago for a couple of weeks and I might want to visit almost everything there but problem is, I dont know where to start!! I definitely want to visit all the major sports stadiums, but if there are any more places I should visit just let me know! I'm obviously gonna visit the downtown district, the historical places(That I know of) but if there are ANY places that I should visit please let me know ASAP!

Thank you all and I cannot wait to see the beautiful city of Chicago!!

You can visit Navy Pier, the art museums, the shed aquarium, you could visit millennium park, the skydeck on the sears tower, etc.

My friend and I took our bikes to the city and just gave ourselves a tour on Saturday, we saw:

Chicago Theatre
Wiener Circle (Restaurant)
Wrigley Field
Water Tower Place
North Ave Beach
Millenium Park
Pizzeria Uno
Lake Shore Drive

It don't matter where you go in Chicago. You be seein' places.

Englewood, Washington Park, Garfield Park. All places that can be seen. :yep:

Just kidding! You have a lot of good advise here, I wouldn't want to overwhelm. BNB is spot on for good spots to hit up. If you want the less touristy hot places, you would need a guide(not a pay guide, but a native to show you around).

Forget the two Chicago beaches you've probably heard of, Oak St. and North Ave. Both are overcrowded with "Jersey Shore" wannabes.

My recommendations:

Water Tower Place
Water Tower
Holy Name Cathedral
State Street Marshall Field's
City Hall
Field Museum
Art Institute
Museum of Science and Industry
Shedd Aquarium
Adler Planetarium
Sears Tower

Wrigley was the only thing missing from most of the lists so far, good pick up. :cubs:

that's because the OP said he's planning on visiting all the major sports stadiums.
