I think the Bulls have a good shot of catching Toronto at the 5th spot.

I don't know who'd I prefer the Bulls to play in the first round. Boston seems to have an injury all the time. But the Bulls haven't looked good against Atlanta.

I'm guessing the Bulls will finish over .500. Maybe not by much (~43 wins) but I think they way they're playing, even with the tough schedule ahead, they can do it. Not sure if it's enough to get Toronto's spot though.

I think the Bobcats are going to be the team to miss out. They had a good Januarry and made a run, but they've been bad the rest of the year.

I also think the Bulls win 45 games, but still don't quite catch Toronto. That probably means playing Boston, which I think we win or lose based on KG's health.

Considering Joe Johnson blows in the playoffs I'll take my chances with Atlanta

Milwaukee is gonna make the playoffs. We did them a big favor by giving them Salmons who has helped open up the floor for Bogut, who is beasting it right now, & taking pressure off Jennings.

I also see us finishing ahead of Miami with a good chance to catch the Raptors, who are struggling without Bosh right now.

My rankings look like this:
1. Cavs
2. Magic
3. Hawks
4. Celtics
5. Raptors
6. Bulls
7. Heat
8. Bucks

Does he? From what I remember, and watched, he played well vs. Boston 2 years ago. Did have a bad series vs. Miami last year? I'm gonna look it up.

the Bobcats might be out. It's between them and Milwaukee I think.

It might come down to how many games they got at home down the stretch. I looked at it and the Bobcats are good at home, but equally bad on the road.

I actually think it's more likely the Heat will miss out than the Bucks. The Bucks are playing really well right now.

Wouldn't that be something. Just enough to frustrate Wade into leaving :woohoo:

The Bulls and the Bucks are also both playing a lot better than the Heat right now. Hopefully that balances out the schedule.

Wow Bulls vs. Celtics in Round 1. That would be awesome.

But this time Bulls will sweep them in 4! :D

Well the Celtics still have Ray Allen who we all know can go off on any given night and Rondo who seems to be much improved this year. Plus they have Sheed and he can still do some damage if he feels like it. I get the feeling that Big Baby and Perkins could still throw our front court guys around a bit (I guess minus Miller) even though Noah is quite a bit stronger this year. It'd still be tough.

But Rose has also improved a lot. I think this would be as close as last year. How would that be? A 7 game series again with a couple of OT games.

no doubt it would be tough, but our choices would be Cavs, Magic, Celtics, and hawks.

the only two we have a chance against are the celtics and hawks. Unless something happens to one of the hawks, i'd take our chances against the celtics. If we had a healthy roster and back up 3, i'd be more confident against other teams. If we play rose murray hinrich deng and noah, we might be able to play small ball against the c's. it disrupted them last year...but last year we had an amazing offensive player in gordon. it might work again this year. J fish played well against paul pierce last year, so we'll probably miss that too.

Hahaha J Fish! Bullscast reference ftw. You're not Adam in disguise are you?

But yeah, I'm not sure how successful we'd be since we lost Gordon and Salmons who both played huge roles in that series. I'm not that confident in our ability to keep up with them offensively. We would have Deng though, which I'm guessing would make up for Salmons in a way. At least defensively. Hinrich and Murray would really need to step up from 3 though for us to be as competitive as last year and I'm not confident that they can.
