I was about to open my own Chicago Sports Site actually, been working on it for a little more than a week, so they are about the same age, I just haven't made mine public yet. Do you want to be affiliates? I have an affiliate system on my forum, and we can both place a link to each other's sites. Yours would be on my affiliate page, and my site's link can be anywhere you want. How about we do that, and you join my site I join yours, deal? And we both post at each other's sites daily (or almost daily) too. Do we have a deal?

We already have a great user base, if you wanted to just team up instead of trying to start up two seperate chicago sites pulling the same group of folks.

Intriguing, however I think we'd need to work a few things out first though:
a) domain - Obviously Yours as it is top level
b) software - I really prefer SMF, and its free, and better than vBulletin, which you have to pay for annually I think (right?). There are converters available at simplemachines.org. SMF's mods/"hacks" are automatically installed too. I recommend version 2.0 RC3 of SMF. - What do you think?
c) Is the main page integrated? because SMF has portal mods to integrate a main page and forum.

Im not a fan of SMF, and wouldn't really wish to change anything up as we're already off to an amazing start but we'd be down for getting you on staff and jumping on from there.

We intended to add onto the staff here in the next couple days, if you post around normally so it doesn't seem as if we just threw a random guy on. Admin just means we pay the bills...but Staff is the same pretty much.

Ok, I thought the difference was moderators vs. administrators. And sure, i'll post. But can you add a section for Other Chicago sports Teams? Just a suggestion, since there are a lot of Wolves and Rush fans, and some Fire fans. And maybe a Rival Section.
