Oh you mean the team with a GM that used to scout for the Bears? Yeah trade a second round pick for a 31.75 year old TE that would have been a brilliant move from Chris Ballard or Ryan Poles.

It only makes sense if they were targeting a lineman.
That would allow them to get their Y TE in Kittle and Banks.
The way the draft fell they still could have grabbed Grant or Hampton at 10 I guess.
But the choice was there for TE.
Warren or Loveland.
I think we made the wrong choice. Just the way they run Warren is athletic. Warren is the baller. Warren is dynamic. But he is also more like KMET.
Watch the two TEs and tell me one doesn't run better after the catch than the other.
One goes into contact and hurts people. The other goes into contact and gets shoulder surgery. It's actually not close.
We did eff up and Kittle +Grant/Hampton/
I mean...KMET probably gets out the door and there is a window where you could roll with an old Kittle on 1-2 years as his retirement dream.

I’d rather take Loveland and Burden. I like Kittle as a player, but he’s expensive, can’t stay healthy, and old. Not worth it.
