No surprise Jim nailed it again. Great voice. Don't know how many of you have ever had the chance to talk to him but some of the stories he has from singing the anthem at various events in the last few years are pretty good, how he does it I have no idea.
They did a flyby at other arenas. I don't think it would have been tasteless.
I loved Cornelison's anthem, but on this occasion I would have preferred silent reverence as it was marking a very solemn moment in United States history. You could definitely tell that he put all he had into the anthem and he was exhausted at the end. Very moving.
I thought all the NFL arenas observed a moment of silence yesterday? Biscuit?
I also thought a flyover would happen and not be tasteless.
Yeah, I didn't see if they did flyby's else where, I couldn't figure out if there was a reason they didn't do one? Haven't they done one before?
Soldiers Field certainly has had flyovers.
One stadium had Ospreys fly over.
I don't know why but I love those things. I thought they were incredibly dangerous because of all the moving parts and over complicatedness of them?
