I guess I would put Vizcaino higher because of what he could be if he could handle the workload of a starter. That is a huge question mark, but he could be a 2 pretty easily with his stuff. The odds of him being able to do that are probably pretty low, and so if he is just a reliever then he needs to be moved down the list. It is tough to rank with a guy that isn't going to pitch for a year and guys just starting their pro careers with the most upside in the system.

I bumped him down because of the injury, as it added risk, but anticipated a return as a starting pitcher.
