Prayers And Condolences For Sarah Kustock

As most of you probably know Sarah Kustock lost her mom in a tragic violent incident.

My prayers and thoughts are with Sarah and her family at this very tragic and difficult time. I cannot begin to imagine the pain she is suffering. Hope she can draw strength from the support of friends, co-workers and sportsfans.

One thing, no where in the story does it mention this, but is it possible she has been diagnosed with anything terminal recently???? Just a thought.

Well I know what its like to lose loved ones and even though I'm a prick most of the time, I know what she's going through.., and I guess thats one of my few soft spots.

She probably has lost her dad as well. So for her and her brother Zach who was starting QB for Northwestern a few years ago, they went from having parents, to now a father charged with the 1st degree murder of their mother. That is very sad.

I don't. I see this crap and feel nothing, and wouldnt expect anyone not associated with my family to feel anything if the same thing happened in mine.

Well, I would care. I mean I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, but I would be very sad for you to lose someone important in your life in such a terrible way. In a way though, I envy you. I wish that I was unable to feel. It would make life so much more bearable and easy.

You know you don't always have to be a hardass. It's OK to show your soft vulnerable side like you did a few weeks ago. It just makes you appear human, not weak.

Its not that I dont feel, its that i don't feel for people I don't know. If Something happened to somebody on this board or their family I would feel bad, because i have association with them. Anyone I have no connection to, i could care less.

It wasn't my intent to make you sound like Ann Coulter or anything. I know you have an underlying sweetness that you let out once in awhile; usually when you are drunk. You are who you are and I would never expect you to be anything different. We all see things and feel things differently. I have much more respect for you like this than if you tried to pretend to be something else just because you thought others expected it of you. We always know what we're gonna get with you. Except the nerd thing. T
