I tend to be an early freak out man, so let’s all consider that history.

but the tea leaves are actually indicating to me a few things I’d like to go on record for.
Anyone else with guts or “feelings” right now, good or bad, feel free to chime in.

1. This staff will tank this franchise to the bottom in 2-3 years. (Not all their fault)
2. Fields will go into the hall of fame…as a Cleveland Brown.

3. The Bears will still not get compensatory awards this staff cycle, because they are completely ignorant cocky dopes without a clue at every level of management.
4. The darkest years of this franchise are somehow ahead, not behind.
5. it will not end until this family of third generation wealthy idiots sells football interests and walks away stake holders of a gambling property in Arlington, fully satisfied in themselves for their business acumen. Yet those “dopes” at Forbes will still rank them as the greatest underperforming asset in NFL since 1990 in terms of expected growth.

The Bears offense and defense will both end up ranking higher in points scored or given up than the 2021 team.

Both Mack and Quinn will play most of the year and both will have 10+ sack totals.

The Bears will actually be somewhat fun to watch in 2022.

Fields will take a big step forward and look like a really promising 2nd year QB.

There will be at least one 2022 UDFA that look really good.

I'm not that optimistic. Instead of bringing in established coaches like Fangio, Marinelli, Peterson, etc., virtually EVERY coach hired is inexperienced at their position. There is not a single coach I am excited about.

My predictions had nothing to do with the coaches brought in but rather with how the current players will do in the new system and with the coaches thrown out.
If some big name coaches had been brought in, there might have been a very sunny outlook.

Me too . Turnover will not be pretty with situation Pace left. My prediction is based on that early failure and losing Fields in process, because McCaskeys gonna McCaskey.

My favorite teams
  1. New York Mets
  1. Detroit Pistons
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. North Carolina Tar Heels
I think everyone is gonna see this coming season just exactly how bad the last offensive coaching staff was.
