Honestly, I don’t really care. BJ will be the engine behind Caleb and the offense. The QB coach will have minimal effect on anything.

Hire another offensive line coach as QB coach. The whole offensive staff should specialize in the OL. Ben can coach the rest of the positions.

If someone like Klint Kubiak is expecting to be stuck without an OC gig after the hiring cycle, that'd be a good pickup.
Outside of that it probably doesn't matter, but maybe poach an offensive assistant who played QB or has been a QB coach at another stop from one of the good offenses in the league, like Nathan Scheelhaase from the Rams.

It would be great, in general, if they hire position coaches that actually know how to teach the fundamentals of the position.
So, for QB, get a guy that can teach the footwork and timing and help with accuracy.
