Question about Soldier Field seating.

What is media deck seating? It looks like it's standing room only on stubhub. Can anyone confirm? The tickets are affordable and I'm looking for a Christmas gift and it would be awful if we have to stand for 3 hours for a non-playoff team.

I can help! Media deck is 200 level seating on the west side of the stadium. You're covered and have heated lamps above you. Scoreboard visibility is limited when in the back rows but tvs are above you. The field is not obstructed. You get bathrooms dedicated to that area, and behind you are all the media guys.

It is a seat, great views, in my opinion it is the best area In the stadium (for value, if you're rich get club). Get the tickets you will have fun.

Edit: make sure the tickets have a section, row, and seat number. If they say standing room only, then they are I'd imagine. Though I'm not aware of any standing room section in the media deck.

Ha! Yeah I could see that. You're probably thinking of the Miller lite party deck which is in an awful location and is standing only. You're behind the north end zone scoreboard.

Media deck is 1st class, people without a media deck ticket can't even access it. So minimal bathroom and concession lines as well.
