Would you rather see Ricketts put money into MLB roster then seeing him put money into Wrigley and Farm?


My thought is that Cubs havent won in 102 years. I would rather Cubs go out and buy WS (like alot of teams have done, FLA,NYY just couple). Yes i know the future would be better if we bring young guys up but tired of playing for future. Been playing for future the last 102 years.

They have a good core coming up, just buy on other assets and then prepare for a spending spree when/if it is needed.

its not how much you spend it is how you spend it. unless you spend 300 million than maybe you can buy a title.

I'd rather not them spend a shit ton of money in FA this year. I'd rather see them do it in the next few years.
