Question on New SamSung S6 Phone - Disabling music for GPS Google Maps

Hello,
I have a new Samsung S6 and can't find this on the web yet which kinda irks me as well.
Anyway, each time I use google maps to get to an address, the phone launches some sort of music to play. I want to disable that. How?

It's not as big of a deal as you might think. Just install apk and you can even uninstall it when you're done.

I do know if you have a pill in your garage make sure it's off or your neighbors will hear your phone conversations screaming out of your garage. Got to hear a really vile breakup from across the street awhile back.

When you do use it, are you using it thru bluetooth or just off of the phone? When I use it without a bluetooth speaker set (in this case my car) I don't get the music.

I have a Samsung as well and bluetooth makes it do the craziest things with kicking off music or my radio and I have not been able to find anything on the web about it.

Hmmm...I have vague recollection of an aux port on the car. So attach an audio cable from the phone to the aux? Hmmmm. I will have to look into that.

Yes, this is how I do music/gps guide in my car.... aux cable to the aux jack.

My 07 Charger R/T doesn't have bluetooth so the aux jack is my only recourse for music/gps over the stereo from my Note II. The only thing that pisses me off is that if I don't put the phone on mute while playing music then every god damned text message and e-mail will interrupt the song. Its one of the dumbest things I have ever seen from a phone. Particularly because the amazon music software has zero options to mute all alerts while playing music. The only thing that should interrupt music imo is a phone call or GPS guidance.

My bluetooth is my Plantronics Voyager Legend UC which I use for work and so I don't get a big fat ticket. Illegal here in CA to have your cell in your hand while driving. Cables cause cancer. Internet says so.

Auto-answer and speakerphone say hi. Pretty sure when the music is interrupted you will notice there is a call.

ok, The Sprint store, clueless.
But I found it.
Over the Horizon is a google music song included on these puppies. I deleted it and peaceful silence is abound.
