Scott is a joke, but that is a known fact.

Honestly, I'm wondering about Toews' leadership. He is so quiet and such a non-presence when the team needs him.

It's an interesting situation, but this team is so up-and-down, at this point in the season I'm disappointed. Fortunately, they have a long, long time to get things straight.

And by the way, anyone that has Crosby in their sig/avatar, and claims to be a Bears fan but openly roots for the Lions/Packers is an absolute Special person.

Seriously, how do you live with yourself? The only way you can is if you are mentally handicapped and are completely obliviant to what you are doing. You are a joke.

Niemi does it again.

He was great against the Hawks last year (though they managed to chase him in one of the games) and he's perfect again this year so far.

Bummer.

Maybe you should :gtfo:

All you do for this forum is come in here and complain about every hawks player. It's really getting old coming in here everytime the hawks play and all we hear about is frolik fossil Scott and now stalberg after you couldn't bring him up for about two weeks.

Then you constantly bring up guys that USE to play for the hawks. That is getting very old to. The Hawks made their decision to stick with sharpie.

Again this crap is getting old, and it's unattractive for guests to join when all they read about is you complaining because some didn't score a point, or the music the united center plays. all you have ever dine on this board is be negative towards the hawks, maybe it is time for you to go watch the wings or panthers and become fans of them.

1 - 0 isn't exactly a 'drowning' - it isn't like getting slammed 9-2.

I think it is time to go back and use the 'ignore' function again ... it is getting a little much, what with the constant recurring mini-meme's for this season.

There is no reason to be bitching about Scott. He's been playing a fine defense. He is quickly making good first passes to forwards (you know, his job) and when guys are trying to get around him he's putting them into the boards. If they try the middle, he's been using his reach well.

Iago makes the point about sourcing commentary ... some of it might as well be talking about synchronised swimming for all it happens to be worth.

I too have thought scott has been serviceable back there. Is really long "active stick" has broken up several opportunities. He's even thrown a few hits when guys skate at him. As far as him catching somebody and hitting them those don't happen. Scott also keeps the front of the net clear for the goalie to make a save

Article in the paper today about Scott was good. He's better now that hegetsreal minutes and wants to prove himself to Q. And we have no other good options.
