I will break down in non fantasy ideas on specific positions if we are buyers. Sellers edition up soon.

There are always better players out there for each position, but this is realistic by position.

1B- Konerko, no upgrade needed

2B- Bacon, He is what he is? He is a victim of bad coaching? whatever the case may be, this position should be looked at for an upgrade at the deadline. I would love to replace him.

SS- Cuban Missle, no upgrade needed

3B- Well this Joe Crede esque leather throwing chump can be upgraded with players available such as David Wright etc, but dont count on that happening.

RF- CQ, shocked the shit out of me the year this guy is having. No need to replace at this point.

CF- Rios, Would love to replace Rios, but the contract is too long for too much. he will be here all season.

LF-JP, Can he be replaced? yes. Will they go out and trade for a LF? nope. If JP struggles, and cannot steal, he can be replaced in house by lillibridge.

C- AJ, Stud catchers are hard to find, he wont get moved for an upgrade.

SP- Ejax, I see him being dealt.

This is a basic breakdown by position.

Almost all of our holes are either temporary slumps or untradeable guys like Rios. Exceptions are Jackson and Pierre. We could use another bat like always. It's lousy hitting that's caused us to be an annual 2nd place finisher.

Agreed

I also am wearing thin of the saga that Gordon has become, will he be good or wont he? So far that answer has been no. Last year at this time I was against trading him, this year i wouldnt be to upset

SS- Cuban Missle, no upgrade needed

Should be the All Star starter, wont be, fuck Jeter

3B- Well this Joe Crede esque leather throwing chump can be upgraded with players available such as David Wright etc, but dont count on that happening.

Im ok waiting on Morel, thinking Robin Ventura. It would be hell of alot easier if Dunn and Rios could hit like they are capable

RF- CQ, shocked the shit out of me the year this guy is having. No need to replace at this point.

I am also shocked with the production from Q but he is too streaky sometimes
imo

CF- Rios, Would love to replace Rios, but the contract is too long for too much. he will be here all season.

Rios can be good, as soon as he figures it out hell be fine. I'm hoping for a flip flop of last year.

LF-JP, Can he be replaced? yes. Will they go out and trade for a LF? nope. If JP struggles, and cannot steal, he can be replaced in house by lillibridge.

Lillibridge is this seasons Pablo Ozuna, hes valuable off the bench, I feel that if we start using him too much his flaws will come out.

C- AJ, Stud catchers are hard to find, he wont get moved for an upgrade.

Stud Catchers, we got Tyler Flowers!!! lol

SP- Ejax, I see him being dealt.

Edwin Jackson has made me a liar, I thought he would turn a corner this year and start after start he proves me wrong

This is a basic breakdown by position.

I know we don't need a replacement for Paulie. I love him tons. But honestly at one point the talk was GB for AGon. That would have meant no Paulie resign probably or at least no Adam Dunn. Dang.
