So now that all the trade have been made I was looking over the 2010 free agent class. After listening to Gar Foreman's press conference Im still unclear what player the bulls plan to offer a MAX contract too. As a long time bulls fan I don't want to go another decade without a big man. So I was wondering how you guys felt about the current direction of the team & what players should we target when free agency starts?

Heres what I came up with. Keep in mind this is if we keep our current core of Rose Noah & Deng.

Chris Bosh= I would offer Chris the max deal. He has gotten better every year in the league. At 25 he's the youngest and the best player between the three bigs that are free agents. He has become a better defender and his shooting range is also the best among the bigs. unfortunately the bulls may have to do a sign and trade to get Chris. And I am not sure if the bulls will be willing to do that.

Shannon Brown= he is 24 years old, a good defender and a decent offensive player. He is a very explosive combo guard. If he opts out I'd like the Bulls to sign him. Plus we may get a discount fro this Chicago kid.

Antony Morrow = He's 24 years old and a restricted free agent from GS. This kid can shoot the three! We have to get some outside shooting & he can provide it.

Josh Powell= This is a political pick. This guy is Chris Bosh's best friend & having him on the team wont hurt our chances attracting Bosh. He plays center and will be a good back up for Noah.

Hakim Warrick= Id like to retain this guy depending on how his tryout goes this season.

Xavier Henry= this is the player I'd like the Bulls to draft a 6'6 SG out of Kansas. Good shooter and he's 18 years old.

So our team will look like this. This gives us size, athleticism and outside shooting.

Brown/Morrow/Henry
Deng/Johnson
Bosh/Gibson/Warrick
Noah/Powell

Brown is definitely not the answer and having James Johnson as part of the rotation at this time is downright scary. I would much rather go out and look for another guard...Brown doesn't do it.

Not liking Brown, he's had a couple good games and he's now the next Trevor Ariza. He's also in LA so he gets wayy overhyped. I love Morrow, I think if we land a big man we should definetly pursue him, he's got potential. I want to keep Hakim, would like us to get Will Warren. Al Harrington could be a possible MLE guy or S&T say the knicks get screwed over and want to try all over again in 2011. We give up James Johnson and X combination of S&Ts. Add some good character guys, Drew Gooden, Devean George, got yourselves quite the team.

Love Xavier Henry, he will be taken before us though. I like Morrow and Brown but neither of them are starters but great back ups. Mabe just keep Hinrich there and mabe we can lure a vet sg if we got bosh. Maybe Mcgrady? either way this stuff is to hard to predict or plan out this soon can only think of dream senarios

A few comments that weren't already made.

For starters, given your hypothetical, Hinrich would probably start at the 2 (at least early on). Second, Warrick would probably be the primary backup to Deng, not Johnson. I also find it hard to believe that if the Bulls found a way to draft Xavier Henry they wouldn't use him as the primary backup 2.
