I have a sitting desk currently. Standing desks are coming tho! I'd much prefer to stand a few hours a day even if it calls into question my sexuality.
Edit: I think a yoga ball would hurt my posture, not improve.

I find the standing desk trend interesting to watch.
We have like 4 or 5 of them in my office now and every person seems to do the same thing.
They get it and install it and at first they use it over 50% of their day.
Then the usage declines and they just use it some amount per day because they feel obligated to prove it wasn't a waste.
The earliest user of a standing desk in our office now spends much of his day with his standing desk up, but he sits on his desk counter.
Just fucking sit down...

I just make it a point to stand up and walk around every hour or so :shrug: . Also, anytime I have a conference call I usually stand up and pace around. But I work from home, so that makes it a little easier I guess.
