Seriously this story utterly died. It broke in June(hack occurred well before) and it's december and nothing has been done punishment wise. It's not even something being discussed as far as we know for what will be punishment. At this point I'm wondering if MLB just sweeps it under the rug and hopes it goes away.

Yep...kind of feel like I just watched Erin Rodgers intentionally ground the ball, and I am waiting for a flag that will never come.

Amazing how it is OK to spy on an opponent for several years.....and no punishment.

Not saying they have declared the case closed. But not a word in months.
