Bickell + Mashinter + Rundblad + a prospect/pick. Do it Stan!

Link is here

As a matter of business, GMs would be negligent if they didn’t put out occasional feelers on guys largely considered untradeable. And Marc Bergevin would be remiss, too, if he didn’t maintain a sense of what exactly he might be able to get for his 26-year-old superstar defenseman. The market-gauging could very well be happening—and mean absolutely nothing.

There is also alleged talk of him shopping Beaulieu and some are talking of Galynchuck.

Who Stan allegedly asked him for in a Brandon Saad trade but Bergevin wouldn't pull the trigger on it.

Idk about you're offer Dmelt, it seems lite, if They throw in John Scott though, then it's good value.

I was under the impression that while very talented, he's not a very good locker room guy.

You guys are right. Better add in Scuderi to sweeten the pot.

Subban is a brash personality with some show-off tendencies that are largely frowned upon in most hockey circles. He's bound to rub some people the wrong way in the locker room

But I'd imagine that, if the Canadiens were winning, Subban's personality wouldn't be a problem because he's just so damn good at hockey.

Subban is not going anywhere (unless some stupid offer is made). He is one of their best players on the ice and is even bigger off the ice for his community. What Subban has done and is going to do for the Montreal Children's Hospital is beyond words, just an awesome act on his part. He is eccentric in a lot of ways but it was his on ice antics that rubbed vets the wrong way when he first made it into this league - he is now a vet himself and has gotten a whole lot better. Not happening.

I didn't realize he was only 26... I wonder what his contract is like. I'll have to look it up. If the Habs were really desperate to get rid of him, and I'll get destroyed for this, I could see putting a package together that included maybe seabrook the other way or something. I'm just trying to think outside the box. And I'm on pain killers so I got that going for me. I love seabrook and he's having a career year offensively may be time to capitalize as he's 4 years older. But 2 years cheaper.
