I'd guess assembly. As low level as possible I'd imagine.Which language would you suggest? Maybe something in the C family?
I didn't watch the video, because OP doesn't have a great track record. But mindfulness is great. I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that nothing in the video couldn't be accomplished by meditating like 15-20 mins per day. I have gotten off that track personally a little bit, but need to get back on it. If you consistently meditate for several weeks, it has definite tangible benefits. At least in my experience. I am a much better person overall when I'm meditating consistently.I don't disagree that sleep programs can be effective in improving subconscious, semi-conscious or conscious thoughts, but I'm not sure about all his presuppositions.
Mindfulness (being present, aware, conscious mind) is very good. No doubt about that.
I'm not sure 'all your wants and desires only come from your conscious mind'. I'm fairly certain there are subconscious desires... ask commercial and political advertisers and marketers, and Freud.
Although I'm sure your conscious mind can construct the desires it wants (good desires like being a better husband) better than the subconscious which can be much more illogical.
I wouldn't assume playing a nightly recording of 'I want to play the guitar well' will make one more mindful during the day. But maybe it does. Now playing, 'make me mindful all the time' might make you more mindful during the day.

Me either. I've never even touched it.I haven't touched assembly since it was covered in a class I took about a million years ago. 'Fraid I'm not capable
Lmao this is liderally nerdy as heck. Your just going to die in a few decades anyway so who cares.
I don't think watching some nerdy ass youtube video counts as "living life to the fullest" LMAO.Why wouldn't you want to live life to the fullest? I guess if watching TV and working a job you hate is your ideal life then lice it.
