Jordan got away with the same bullshit. There were plenty of bad calls that favored the Bulls in that series, too.

Jordan's whole career is damn near on the internet, please show MJ getting away with blatant travels.

No, I'm saying show it, because the only real travel he got away with in a big game was Game 6 of the NBA finals where he reset his feet on the last shot after crossing Russell up nasty.

It happened a lot man. Not just with Jordan but with Kobe, Wade, and all of the other prolific wing scorers in the NBA's recent history. And that Game 6 move on Byron Russell wasn't as much of a travel as it was an offensive foul.

Phil Jackson once pulled aside a referee because he called Jordan for an extra step on a break away dunk and said something to the effect of 'those are the ones you are supposed to let him get away with because it's a give-me anyway.'

Look man...this dude just called Jordan pushing Bryon Russell into 1999 a "nasty crossover"...lol. Give me a break...blind to the facts...

The fact that someone just implied that Jordan NEVER traveled...should tell you something...

Let's reverse the tables.

If Bryan Russell had the ball and he made the exact same offensive foul and Jordan was the one who went down, would the refs have swallowed the whistle? No way. It would have been an offensive foul. You know it and I know it. And would you be saying what a sick crossover it was, if it was Russell? No way. Jordan got away with an offensive foul.

Im not sure MJ traveled that much in the conventional way. What he did do a whole lot was carry the ball....I mean he did it so much that they just stopped calling a carry, not only on Jordan but they stopped calling it on everybody. Think about it, when was the last time you saw someone called for traveling because he was carrying the ball?

NBA officiating is complete crap.

I don't know about this. I mean no one ever complains about what reggie miller did to jordan in that game 6 of the ecf. Miller mugged jordan. And he got away with it.

I do. He shouldn't have gotten that shot off, but he did and the refs let it go. Had he done that today (depending on his start status) that would've been and offensive foul.

They were both aggressive plays...that's the point. But let's not act as if Jordan is innocent in this stuff...

I'm just sayn. I hate it when people act like jordan was given carte blanche and did what ever he wanted. I mean, he was beat up by the pistons routinely.

Oh yeah I wholeheartedly agree. But people always make it seem like other teams neve got away with questionable call vs the bulls
