we know the guy has the talent, physically. He has all the tools to be a stud player. All things point to his mental makeup, and that goes back to his toronto days. It has been documented a billion times with him. 2 years ago he was fine, but he needs to want to play the game and not be a little ***** like you see in those videos going around.

Hit the nail on the head. His complacency not only at the plate, but in the field as well is frustrating and a huge hindrance to his game. I don't know what it's going to take to motivate him to get the lead out of his ass, but he needs to get back to his old ways for the sake of this team.
