Looks like Deng will be back before Hamilton!

Yep, that is the way it sounds! I am happy to get Deng back, because he is more important to the Bulls than Rip, but, we still need a healthy Rip eventually!

Maybe both of them will have to sit out the entire road trip!

We´re going to see a lot of Brewer, Korver and hopefully Butler, too!

This is getting annoying at this point. I understand he's hurt, but damn it's like we only have for a game here and there and then he's got a seat next to Scal.

I don't know why you all are so down on Hamilton for sitting out regular season games. The team wins without him so as long he is healthy by April is all that matters so he can have a tuneup before the playoffs.

I'm not that down on it, but it is news worthy. I would certainly rather him sit until he is healed, and then come back.

I'm down on it because I would like for them to have a chance to build chemistry on the floor. They don't get many practices and games are coming fast and furious and it's important to get as much floor time as possible.

VERY true!! It would be nice but doesn't look like that will happen for awhile.

nothing we can really do about it. Again, I will just be happy when we have a healthy team. This seems just like last year, everyone getting hurt!

Who knows what for a while means with coach Thibs. He says a while but it ends up being 3-4 games.

Rip shouldn't have played the other night regardless of who else was or wasn't active. Regular season is meaningless.

I'm not going to get too upset over Rip missing regular season games, but if this trend continues as the season goes along, I will begin to get a little concerned. So far he's had two injuries that are starting to nag him every few games. The Bulls need him at 100% come playoff time, so if that means that he sits now and rests I'm perfectly fine with that. However, if these injuries continue to pile up and cause him discomfort I will become increasingly concerned about his play come April.

As long as Hamilton is healthy towards the end of the season, it will be all right. The Bulls can win without him in the regular season because Watson, Brewer, and Korver can make up for his minutes.

It is frustrating to have him sit out all the time, but If it means he's healthy in the long run I think it's the right move.
