this would be a steal for the timberbulls. In fact I think it would be a better haul than the bulls got. I think there is also limited lottery protection. This could end up being like the celtics nets trade.

I dont see much value in these late 20 picks to build a franchise. You get lucky with a Taj or Butler but they might as well be second round picks.

Does anyone need to protect Houston from lottery picks?
