The Bears have officially signed ex-Bear Rod Wilson to fill the LB vacant spot after Hunter was placed on the IR. Terms were undisclose. He will also help on ST, as BB mentions he can play.

Here's his twitter: Rodriques Wilson (RodWilson56) on Twitter

Thoughts?

He was a great special teams player here, I think he was hurt and that's why he was let go going into 08 and I thought he was one of the losses. Don't know what he would provide if he had to play MLB.

He's been gone for so long I don't know what to think. Hopefully he can make a contribution on ST and (God forbid) beyond if needed.

Yeah I'm debating if I should change it every week for every awesome Bears play there is...Though probably not cause some weeks I'm sure the Bears will be just awful and not worth one...

Even in 2006 they had two awful games not worth showing anything.

Completely disagree, why limit it to offense?

Unless your referring to the Jets and Patroits games because nothing is special I recall from those... maybe an endzone pick by Urlacher.

:clap:for wilson

uhhh Week 17 vs GB?

Patriots game featured alot of turnovers

I was more so referring to the Week 17 GB game and Week 9(?) against Miami.

I thought you meant Arizona game and I figured Miami game... uh Packers game you got some Ced Benson slooowwly moving the ball... I'd nominate the long Rashied Davis from Brian Griese TD pass. That's probably it... or Favre crying in the postgame, that counts I think. I don't recall anything from the Miami game, the only image is of Jason Taylor jumping in Rex's face and all over the screen and that's all i can remember.

Looking at the stat line there was a 30 yard TD catch from Moose I have no recollection of... 3 TD passes from Joey Harrington have a funny 3 different targets each career went a total different way to each targeted WR.

Marty Booker- Goes to back to Chicago to die
Chris Chambers-Just hits mediocrity and gets traded 2 times in about a year
Wes Welker- Nuff said.

Too add to the additions to the Roster. Rod Wilson is expected to play on all 4 phases of special teams already.. and on the practice squad to add some linebacker depth they cut off Greg Mathews and signed, Marcus Buggs, out of Vanderbilt. Keeping up their Vanderbilt recruiting pipeline.
