Yeah. Honestly, outside of the Bulls, I'm not really an NBA kinda guy, but I had a blast tonight. Bulls were pretty dominate for a good part, the suspense at the end ending in a win, Rodman ceremony, NBA trophy, elimination of the Pistons, and quality time with my dad (it was his first NBA game also).

Really? To the Basketball Hall of Fame?

If that is the case, then I am disappointed. And I'm not someone who is going to preach about morals or anything regarding his behavior on and off the court. Nothing he has ever done has really offended me at all.

I just don't think he is HoF worthy. On Detroit he was an all-star, not a HoFer, and with the Bulls he was one dimensional. He was definately excellent with Detroit, won a championship, and then moved on to collect 3 more with the Bulls. If you take the Bulls aside and look at his pre-Bulls career, is he really an elite-type player, a HoFer? Because with the Bulls, he played with the GOAT in MJ and was asked to rebound the ball. That's it.

I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me and that's cool, but if you do, please try to explain your reasoning, thanks :)

I saw pretty much all of Rodman's career. He was a great defender and rebounder. He deserves to go and, there is really no argument. He was a dominant player when he played. Congrats to him...

At different phases in his career, he was the best defender in the league...arguably...the DPOY awards were not gifted to him at all. And he was by far the best rebounder in the league. He led the league for 7 straight years...he was a fantastic player...

One of the reasons why he is going to the hof is because he is the best rebounder in history imo. and i know alot of people will agree with that. his TRB% is absolutely amazing thew out his career 23.4. from 90-91 to 97-98 he led the nba in TRB%.

Those numbers are amazing.

Hall of Fame. For a short period of time, nobody was more famous in the world of Basketball, than Rodman. The ultra-impressive rebounding and hardnosed hustle defense were just icing on the cake.

I too witnessed his entire pro career. Rodman was legit.

Don't get me wrong, he was legit. I just don't think he is really HoF worthy. But if he truly get in, congrats to him. And any argument against him because of how goofy he was off the court isn't really an argument. I have nothing against him there!
